Our Learning Program

Our program is grounded on the principles of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) - ‘Being, Belonging and Becoming’ - and the National Quality Framework (NQF).

The Framework forms the foundation for ensuring that children in all early childhood education and care settings experience quality teaching and learning. It has a specific emphasis on play-based learning and recognises the importance of communication and language (including early literacy and numeracy) and social and emotional development.

We have developed a progressive learning environment which allows for intentional teaching and spontaneous learning. This empowers each child to develop lifelong skills of empowerment, aptitude, social competence and independence.

School Readiness Program
We offer an intense school readiness program to ensure your child is supported for a smooth transition into Kindergarten. With a strong focus on language, literacy, numeracy, and phonics awareness, our inspiring school readiness program also encourages child interaction in the development of their social skills and confidence.

Eyesight, Hearing and Dental Assessments are also undertaken by professionals at our service in your child’s final year of preschool.

Munch & Move Program

We are an approved Munch & Move service who are funded by NSW Health and support early childhood services with information for families, training opportunities and resources about healthy eating, physical activity and small screen time. We have attained an Excellence Implementation Award for successfully adopting the Munch & Move Program into our daily curriculum.

Extra Curricular Activities

We provide our children with an array of extra-curricular activities including but not limited to multisports, zumba and dancing.

Community Involvement

We strive to be seen as a Service of Excellence within our community, a Service which values community involvement in all aspects of our program.  A Service where community resources are utilised effectively, to enhance the growth and development of individual children, families, and educators. Regular incursions are organised to facilitate the Early Years Learning Framework and excursions are undertaken to benefit the children’s awareness of the wider community in which they live.
